Get ready for a wild ride! Alexia is redefining the music industry wherever her vocals are unleashed and there's no slowing down in sight. A Southeast Texan from birth, her music is a reflection of the region’s distinctive musical tapestry: A unique blend of Cajun Soul & Blues woven together with Texas Country music, producing an authentic sound all her own.
Radiating a sultry, feminine vibe, Alexia is best beheld on stage where her cathartic vocals express a songwriting style that speaks straight to the soul, taking her audience through an emotional experience that ranges from heart-wrenching to joyful, with the occasional lyrical quip to spark a wry smile. She has an endless supply of witty banter on tap and her crowd interaction shows that you never know what she will say next!
Having recently recorded her debut single, "More Trouble" with acclaimed producer Mark Neill, Alexia is poised to make waves upon its release in Spring/Summer 2024. Mark Neill's illustrious portfolio, including work with Charley Crockett, The Black Keys, The Oak Ridge Boys, and Flatland Cavalry, among many others, attests to the extraordinary caliber of Alexia's talent. Every indicator points to this collaboration producing a groundbreaking debut album. Releasing in 2024, her first album will be a genre-bending blend of her signature soulful country blues framed within Neill’s iconic old-school vintage sound.
For over 15 years, Alexia has shared the stage as an opening act for national artists such as Clay Walker, Tracy Byrd, Neal McCoy, and Clint Black. Her magnetic presence extends to multiple media outlets with frequent radio, TV, and magazine interviews showcasing her captivating personality and musical artistry. Alexia has an active presence in the music scene across central Texas, including a residency at the historic Sternewirth Tavern at the Hotel Emma in San Antonio and recurring appearances on the Great Day SA Morning Show broadcast on the KENS 5 news network.
The Alexia Dalton Band is making waves in the Texas Hill Country and beyond, featuring the exceptional talents of Sean Halley, Erick Tat, Coby Michalek, and Dhruv Kulkarni. Every performance is a kinetic experience with palpable energy that always gets the crowd excited and wanting more.
Alexia graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Music Performance with concentrations in voice, piano, and guitar. When she’s not performing, writing, or recording, Alexia is most likely with her family and friends, probably choosing fun over sleep. She loves Jesus, spontaneous travel, outdoor adventures, gardening, scuba diving, making fancy cocktails, and cooking elaborate cuisine with her sous-chef-husband, Patrick.
